What is a Request Stop
Request Stops need to have advance notice. The bus doesn’t pass these stops unless by prior arrangement.
If your request stop is after you get on the bus just ask the driver to take you there.
If your request stop is where you want to be picked up you can either email us in advance with the date you require or, ring the mobile number before 9.30 on the day of travel and we will arrange for the driver to pick you up.
Do you provide booster seats for children?
No, we don't provide booster seats so please bring one with you if needed, you can leave it on the bus while you're shopping.
Do I have to wear a seatbelt?
Everyone must wear a seat belt unless they are medically exempt. If you are exempt, please bring your exemption certificate when first travelling.
Are your seatbelts adjustable for children?
Our seatbelts are child friendly and can be adjusted for children, passengers are responsible for adjusting belts for their children
