Use your on the
Border Rambler Bus
The Border Rambler has been running on Tuesdays and Fridays since September 2015, from Dacre Road in Brampton to the centre of Carlisle. Now on Wednesdays we are running a service to the Roman Army Museum from Brampton followed by a service from Hallbankgate and on Thursdays a route including Hethersgill and Scaleby. See our new timetables on the next page.
We have replaced the withdrawn scheduled bus services to and from villages along the A69 and A689.
Hadrians Wall Walkers can use our service in the morning at 9.30am from Brampton to points along Hadrians Wall at Newtown, Laversdale, Lanercost, Banks, Birdoswald, Gilsland, Greenhead and the Roman Army Museum.
Rail users to and from Brampton can make use of our service too.
All are welcome!
